LED light on remote -2024

Did they remove the led on the remote for 2024? I just recently got my truck but the remote doesn’t flash green or red like it used to on my 2022 when you remote start it. Or maybe the battery is weak on the remote?

my remote, a 2022 sometimes has a light, other times nothing
remote start and running sometimes i see a flash
some have reported its gone completely

IMO there seems to be odd led on or off or on
my 23 explorer ...no lights , even though the led hole or spot is there

then there is ford pass telling me a vehicle is ON, when its not

Yes they removed it . This was mention a few times on the forum.

I wonder if repopulated it would function? I’m sure there might be cheap replacement fobs on Amazon that I could borrow the led from, that is of course if you don’t have to break the fob to open it.
