Leasing F-150 Lariat price protection

So I placed an order with Chapman and they promised 4% under invoice. At the time of order the dora said MSRP: $58,570 and sell price of $52,640. That was in Nov '21. My truck got built and is awaiting shipping. The new sticker says MSRP $60,950 - I contacted champan they said they would honor "% under invoice" offered and it was a price protected order. I rebuilt the truck again on ford.com today and now its coming out to $62,500

I am still confused even after email back and forth is.

1. Will they offer 4% under invoice from the new sticker 60,950 or 58,570

2. which price will they calculate when its being worked with Ford Motor Credit for calculating lease payments?
