Leaky sunroof -> any suggestions

2022 F150 Lariat owner. Sun roof has started to leak now in the car wash / heavy rain. Front seats get a splash of water!

Ford tech told me this is by "design" and the channels in the sun roof rail have drains.

Any suggestions on DIY fixes or should I push Ford to fix under the warranty? Pics attached showing where the water is entering (where the front and back panes of glass overlap).

I had the same situation with the gaskets and they were replaced under warranty. The glass frame shows signs of deterioration and I suspect that they will have to replace the pano glass assembly.

Sunroofs have drains. They will clog up and leak. They can be cleared. Dealers do that all the time.

Don't buy a sunroof next time.
