Lariat vs XLT seats... what are the differences?

Is there any difference in the seats between the lariat and xlt other than ventilated leather? Is the padding the same? Are they the same dimensions? If I did a Katskin over the xlt seats would they feel the same as the lariat? Im trying to justify the need for the lariat. The only feature I really need is the power folding mirrors to park in the garage.

Well I can tell you going from two Lariats and back to a 24 XLT. The seats in my 24' are more comfortable. I noticed this on the test drive. My only complaint is the material is harder to wash. The fabric they use shows everything. I currently have some high-end leather seat covers on the way.

Also, over time with the little perforated holes they get dirty and then you're out there with a toothpick. Also because of the perforations they're easier to damage. So I wouldn't avoid their leather seats but given my current situation I'm not missing them.
