I've search everywhere for an answer to this but couldn't find anything. The clips which connect the bottom driver's side seat cushion to the seat frame came loose. I have tried every different way to reconnect them to the seat frame, but they seem backwards (obviously they are not!). If I fold them over, the "U" shape of the clip is pointing down, if you try to latch them directly to the frame, then the "U" is towards the front of the truck and the frame is behind it. It would appear they clip to the metal seat frame since there doesn't seem to be anywhere else for them to clip to, but there is no way to fold them so they are "facing" the right direction. This puzzle has me stumped.
"Seat 2" pic shows the seat frame. It looks like the clips would clip from underneath the seat frame
"Seat 3" pic shows the black clips. They are facing forward, so they can't clip to the bottom of the seat frame, because they are facing the wrong direction. If you fold them under, then they can't clip to the top of the seat frame because there is no gap (edge?) for they to clip onto.
I'm sure this is a simple thing and I'm just overcomplicating it, but this is driving me nuts. Anyone help?
