I recently rtook my 2021 F-150 for recalls. I told them the heater, seats and steering wheel would not activcate no matter if on last setting or auto. When I got it back forgot to check and noticed last cold spell nothing was turned on. Am I missing something I need to set or what should I tell them to look at? I don't think they have worked since new. 40 k miles and extended waranty. Thanks, Tom

They also don't work when using Ford Pass app.
