Put it in 4WD hi and drive for a bit then take it out of 4WD and repeat that 2-3 times and it should go away. I usually only like to engage the 4WD while coasting going less than 10-15 mph. They claim you can engage it going faster but i've always liked to engage it slowly coasting or in neutral stopped
No I haven’t had an issue in over 2 years now. My theory is the assembly grease thickens when cold and doesn’t allow it to disengage properly for the first few uses
