Issue w/ Remote Start and Heated Seats and Heated SW

I have a 2024 Lariat.

Every time I remote start the truck, the Heated seats are on setting 2, Rear Defroster is on, and Heated SW will be on. It doesnt matter the temp outside, recently it was 85* and it was all on.

Ive done vehicle setting in the sync screen and changed it to auto back to last setting back to auto, nothing changes.

Ive disconnected the battery and left it for 45 mins. No changes.

Ive reset the APIM and IPC modules in FORScan, no changes.

Yes its under warranty. Yes, I can take it to the dealer, that's a PITA if theres a simple fix or setting to reset ir changes in FORScan.

Anyone familiar with this issue? Any fixes?

I had a similar situation. I ended up changing the seat and sw to off in the sync menu. Same thing though even on auto it’d be heated seats and sw on.

I’m interested to see what you find. My rear defroster wasn’t coming on though.

Also interested. Mine is driver seat 2 & steering wheel.

I did a reset to factory on truck. That worked. Reinstalled app on phone & worked too. Hope it helps.
