Anyone know how to save drive modes?
I have a Platinum Powerboost (if that matters for this discussion - not sure). I am prompted to return to the last used drive mode each time I start the truck. It goes away fairly quickly, but it is there for a few seconds.

Selecting OK will resume the last used drive mode. Otherwise, it reverts to Normal.

I haven't noticed that yet. I'll look again.

I don't have my truck yet, but there were conflicting accounts of this on the forums. The conclusion was for "short" time periods like running errands and stuff, when you return to your truck it will prompt for the same mode. But things like overnight duration, it defaults to normal again. I did not see a conclusion on the definition of "short" though.

If I leave my truck overnight in the garage, it will save the drive mode if the last used was Slippery. It won't save if I leave it in Eco overnight. I haven't tried the other modes yet, but I'm guessing that if the last used was a 4WD mode, it will save. Otherwise it may not. I won't know for sure until I've tried them all. I also haven't seen the brief prompt that @don.mullins mentioned to resume previous mode because I've been remotely starting/warming my truck due to the single digit and minus digit temperatures here for the past few weeks.

God that is such a foreign concept to me! I had never heard of an "engine block heater" or prewarming a car. Some people will pre-cool a car to get the A/C going but luckily I am able to garage it at home.

In Sacramento, I'm guessing that single digit and sub-zero temperatures are also a foreign concept to you?:ROFLMAO:

Yep!! Some years we have a few nights that dip below 32F but summers can be triple digits. We are about 45 minutes from snow in the sierras though, which is the best in my opinion - can visit it for fun but don't wanna live in it :ROFLMAO:

I’ve noticed mine has asked me a few times after I get back in the truck after an he maybe. It asked if I want to go back to whichever mode i was in. It doesn’t do it all the time though.
