Is Ford Order Status down???

Hi, does anyone know if the order status site is down? I looked last night, and it was mentioning a truck I didn't order (Lightning) and now today it isn't moving to my order at all when putting order and vin in.

Its isn't working for a number of us the last couple days. Go to the top of the page and use the tracker on this site.

Yes, it does nothing when I click the "Accept & Track" button. I mean, it didn't work previously (as of yesterday), but it would at least give me a red notice of "this vehicle cant be tracked in this system" or something along those lines. Today it just does nothing when the button is clicked, no red error text, nada.

All I've gotten for months is the RED "cannot retreive info" notice.

For me i have to use Edge browser for it to work. Using Chrome doesnt work for me.
