2021 3.5 XLT 302A
Did the whole 360 cam upgrade to my XLT, followed the guide, got an IPMA from jesse.
I ran the 360 calibration, and it was successful.
Now when I tried running the lane departure calibration (over 15 times at this point) it keeps failing, although it says successful in forscan command line. I start the calibration with C1001:78 active, and it seems the U2107 will interrupt the process and fail it.
Per another user's recommendation, I pulled my old IPMA config and uploaded that, pulled my asbuilt and did a 1:1, I keep ending up with:
C1001:78-2F (Vision System Camera alignment or adjustment incorrect)
and
U2107:68-2F (Collision Mitigation by braking - DTC present)
I tried entering the values to change per TLusk's guide, i tried reverting back and clearing them, nothing is taking. If I leave the changed values, I get more DTC's. Figure it's best to get the calibration DTC's cleared first, then re-evaluate whats actually active. The way I understand the fault codes is that if you have any codes starting with 'U', you can not successfully calibrate.
Those extra DTC's are:
B15F0:15-2F (Forward Sensing Module - Circuit short to battery or open)
U2107:68-2F (Collision Mitigation by Braking)
U2101:00-2F (Control Module Configuration Incompatible)
U0253:00-28 (Lost Communication with Accessory Protocol Interface Module)
C1001:78-2F (Vision System Camera - Alignment or Adjustment Incorrect)
I get up to speed and hold it proper, dont switch lanes, dont get close to anyone else, and dont even touch the brake and this calibration keeps failing.
If I have to spend the money on mongoose+FDRS to avoid the dealer I will.
I'm going to keep trying to calibrate this, because I will keep trying things to the brink of insanity, I just don't know what else to try.
Happy to provide any other information that someone might find necessary.
