Interior cabin light switch XLT 302A?

Is there a switch somewhere to turn the interior cabin light on while parked and the truck running? Used to be able to turn the dash dimmer switch all the way up to get the lights on inside.

The button should be on the overhead console. It looks a half sun with rays coming from it. Their should be 4 buttons, one each for the front passenger spots, one for all interior lights, and one to deactivate the cabin light illumination function when the doors are opened.
