I turned my truck on this morning and the instrument cluster flashed numerous warnings (service vehicle soon, check 4x4, check headlamp system). The instrument cluster was unresponsive to pressing ok to dismiss each warning. I turned the truck off to try to get it to reset, but the instrument cluster stayed on, frozen, with the tachometer showing the engine running. The truck drives and the blinkers work, I just don’t know how fast I’m driving. On my morning commute the dash restarted and then froze again. I’ve uploaded a pic of the dash at a stoplight on my morning commute - it still shows I’m driving 27 mph while stopped. If I can figure out how to upload a video of the truck off and the dash on still showing the engine idling I will.

During this time the center screen was not on, didn’t even flash the Ford start up screen.

I changed out the battery this afternoon to try to get the truck to reset, but it didn’t work. The instrument cluster is no longer frozen, like in the picture, but it does not turn on and is unresponsive when starting or shutting off the truck. The center screen is also dead and unresponsive - 2nd pic.

One other thing I’ve noticed is the led lights around the usb/usb-c charger in front of the shifter in the center console are slowly flashing.

The dealership told me it’ll be about a month before they can get me in to fix it. Anyone heard of this and/or know how to fix this? I have a forscan and I’m researching the codes as I go. Any help would be appreciated.

Truck is a 2022, F150 king ranch, with the blue cruise package.

I should note the truck is on in the 2nd pic. A/c running and everything with the engine working.

My first step would be to disconnect the battery from the truck for 24 hours. During that time, I would ensure that the battery has been externally fully charged on a charger. Then, when I reconnect the battery, I would perform the BMS reset procedure.

it can't hurt ?‍♂

When I changed out the battery I waited 3 hours before reconnecting it to the brand new battery. I have also reset the bms with forscan.

The problem fixed itself after a few days with the new battery. Hopefully the problem never comes back.
