Think of it like this. I’m sure you’ve experienced a few times where your phone has an update but it tells you to ensure you have 90% charge or have it plugged in too receive the update.
The truck does the same thing, it’s an act of self preservation. The truck knows that if the battery grumps below a certain voltage during the update, it will fail.
