Inside squeal when braking

Brand new 2022 Tremor with 500 miles. Started this squeal/screech sound coming from inside the cabin whenever braking and sometimes when hitting the gas harder. Seems to be a sound that comes from the shifting of the vehicle (hard braking, hard acceleration). Cannot be replicated when truck is off by manipulating pedals. Any ideas here? Driving me insane.
