My trucks been at the service department since April 4th. They changed the PCM and a Gateway Module so far. It’s still having issue so they are calling in the Ford engineers to come look at it. I’m driving a Ford Escape and paying for a F150. Seems like Ford needs to do something about this. My Ford customer representative wont respond to my emails.
This is what my truck looked like the last time I seen it.

Sorry guy. I know the feeling. I hate having my new vehicles tore apart. Takes the fun right out of it. Ford has definitely dropped the ball on 2021's. Might have to switch brands.

Mine is in a body shop and completely unrelated to Ford, but Mother Nature can be a bitch.
So, that sent be back to the 98 Cheyenne k1500, base truck with manual trans and 210,000 miles.
To be fair in my next statement, over the last 10-15 years, I had upgraded the interior and added factory power windows and locks when I replaced the disintegrated dash.

Turns out there is only a couple of things I am missing about the new truck.
1. Lack of radio volume control on the steering wheel
2. Oversized fuel tank
3. No remote lock key fob

unimpressed that 23 years of technology has only gained 4-1/2 mpg and that automatic transmissions still suck.

still looking forward to getting it back tho.
But I will not ever be able to look at it the same after multiple panel replacements. It now has become just another truck.
But it will most likely remain in my possession til God calls me home.

Something I wish I could do, drive an old truck. Unfortunately, I need something reliable (insert 30 days in the shop joke here). I drive over 32,000 miles a year.
side note: I was getting 23-26mpg in mine.

What is the actual problem with your truck?
Very hard to explain in detail. The initial problem was when I press the start button every single warning flashes across the dash and the truck won’t start or crank. I’m not sure what it’s doing now that parts have been changed.
it’s a Powerboost.

This is totally unacceptable. I would call Ford, not rely on Emails (if they don't respond) and if they transfer you to your CSR (who is not answering your emails) demand to speak with a manager. Perhaps it's also time to lawyer up.
