I saw that today. I haven't had any issues but I also have less than a hundred miles on it.
Any noise complaints yet about the UCAs? Debating if I should Swap them for billet?

I noticed some creaking the other day just leaving my neighborhood, but didn't hear anything after that. I've noticed some creaking other than that too but it's easily covered up with music so I wish I never knew about it so I wouldn't be so freaking upset about it.

Do they ship them out completely dry? I started hearing it after about 135 miles.

I noticed squeaking right around the same time.

I went to a few suspension shops around town and was told the polyurethane bushings cannot be swapped with rubber bushings because I won't be able to find the exact size needed. I do not want to compromise the safety or quality of the suspension system by switching to a rubber bushing that isn't an exact fit from Icon.

Only other option is to take everything apart and grease the hell out of it. I do not have enough expertise or the tools to take eveything apart and get it back together (not to mention this will likely require an alignment afterwards), so unfortunately I am learning to live with the squeak. I will never buy this set again from Icon and will be extra careful when purchasing UCAs in the future to ensure they are rubber and not polyurethane bushings.

You shouldn't have to take it apart, haven't gotten a grease gun yet but I'm gonna do this soon.

Forgot how much I hate greasing, especially without an electric grease gun. Nobody locally had a good selection of guns and grease so I just went on Amazon and got everything. The UCA only took a couple pumps each but the grease gun lost prime after the first one and was a pain to get it primed again. The fittings wouldn't take grease unless I turned the wheel towards that side, driver side turn to the left etc. Took it for a little 20-30 mile drive and didn't hear them anymore but I think I heard my bed cover a bit.

Schaeffer's is what we always use on equipment so it was nice seeing Icon use it in their video.

Awesome, thanks for the links. I will give this a try and see if it gets rid of my squeaks.
