How to track the shipment

Anyone know how to track the shipment of their order? I have a ship date of 11/30. But no other info than that. Like if its being shipped via rail. No idea how to find what the rail company is now what train car its in. The actual ford tracker hasnt worked in like a month for my order. The machE and tracker on this forum is where i received the ship date from
