How to reset Factory Door Code?

How do you reset it if you can't find the factory code? Waiting for dealer to get back to me as I've read some were left out. Thought it would be on a card but I can't find one.

Put one key in the key programming place. Turn on accessory only (don't press brake for push button start). Turn off replace key with second one and repeat.

It depends on your layout. Mine is under the cup holder bottom.

This worked. Mine is under the cup holder. I looked everywhere and there is no card that came with the truck. It supposed to be in the owners manual but there is no owners manual.

They don’t give an owners manual but they do give a small black case with tire warranty, roadside assistance and quick reference guide. It is in there in the inside cover
