How to remove these plastic inserts?

On the front bumper I have these two (circled areas) pieces on each side.
Are they bolted in at all or is it just a swift hard tug and they come out?

It just clips on. This is a picture of mine that I replaced when I installed the Tremor skid plate.

I'd at least use a nylon panel tool to remove so you don't damage the plastic or bend the clips.

I was able to lay on the ground and reach up with my hand and squeeze the clips together and pop that mount off with zero damage.
