How to Remove Headrest with Built in Speakers ?

I have the headrests with speakers. I am assuming they remove from the seats as usual. I also assume there's a wire running up inside one of the posts. How is this wire disconnected?

My passenger side headrest rattles. I'm just trying to figure out the source and hopefully stop it.

I have the same issue and was wondering if anyone knows how to replace it or disconnect it, so it won’t cause a fault code
