For when you remote start you can turn that off in the sync settings under vehicle I do believe.

In my truck , and I don't know why this is, the heated/cooled seats set to auto would have them set to auto whenever I started the truck, remote or by push button. What was worse is that there was no rhyme or reason which one it chose. It would not as hell in the cab and it would turn the heater seats on full and cold inside and turn on the cooled seats.

Once I turned off that setting it no longer did it but a few times I swear it has turned on by itself again somehow.

It freaking sucks because my previous non Ford trucks have the feature to turn off/on auto seat coolers/heaters. I don't understand why Ford couldn't add this simple feature for a 2022 truck Lol.

Like PeteRit said, you can turn it off.

Well, in the 21 at least.

So you're saying that when you get in your truck to start it, the seats automatically come on? Which one, heat or cool setting? And I assume that when you powered down your truck last, they weren't on?

@fordhouston - Turn off your seat heating or ventilating before you stop your engine. When starting up, they should then be off. That works on mine.

Same here. I'm guessing he's wanting it to automatically turn off for next startup. Which I believe there is a setting for that as well.
