How do you disassemble the Work surface lid??

Does anyone know how to take apart the lid for the work surface? Have a tear in the leather I want to get repaired. Don't see any screws, Some of the pull tabs I can pry open enough to see are in sideways??

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you, However that is the normal armrest. The Work Surface style is totally different. Thanks though!

If you still need help with this… happened to be working on one today. You need to remove the cover around the latch first, held on with the 4 orange clips.

Then the larger flat surface area can be removed by prying, it’s the 6 clips circled in red. Once you have that off the 4 Torx20 screws circled in yellow attach the lid to the hinge.

I removed the entire console top from the truck first, but you can do this in the truck without removing the lower portion.
