High clearance rear bumper?

Hey all, I've smashed my rocker panel above the exhaust bed enough (twice now) that the plastic rock guard no longer attaches. I think it might be a good idea to just make a body line cut there and replace the rear bumper with a high-clearance rear bumper. I come from the Toyota world, where there are many options for high clearance cut rear bumpers, but I don't see anything for F150. Have you all seen anything like this?

I mean what's on AmericanTrucks.com kinda sucks, but it's something. I don't think many are doing this because 90% of trucks and 100% of real trucks have a hitch that runs quite a bit lower than even the factory bumper.
