Help with OTA updates

I’ve got a (new to me) 21 that needs some updating. Anyone on here near Noblesville, IN with a mongoose and FDRS(?) that could help me out? I’d gladly pay!! Thanks!!

Odd that you are having so mu trouble. Mine have been trouble free since I purchased in Feb ‘21.

I did have to get a round of updates at the dealership early one that addressed OTA issues. There was also one update that erased my radio favorites, but I heard that was expected.

Have you done anything to your truck with FORScan?

I’ve not done anything to the truck as far as forscan or fdrs. I am a bit technologically challenged! Lol. It appears my sync version is stuck on 23159 rev 915. Maybe it’s not stuck, and ford just doesn’t want to send me any updates lol

I recall very early on there were people that had trouble getting OTAs and it was due to the APIM. The dealer had to replace them and manually update everything in the truck in order to get updates going.

Yes, this is correct. I was not getting them in my 2021. After they worked on teh APIM, OTA's started coming in
