Help! Service diagrams to remove tailgate top trim

A big “thank you” in advance, but would a kind soul be willing to post pics of the service diagrams that show how to remove top-of-tailgate black plastic moulding and top plastic moulding of tailgate trim? I have damaged and would like to replace.

Sorry- should note I need to replace top trim of tailgate ***and*** top plastic trim of tailgate step.

There is no service procedure to remove this piece. Do you have the new part? Should come with 2 push pins, located on the back side of the step (tailgate up). I think you remove these two pins and roll the molding off.

Thanks so much. I do not have piece yet as on back order, but the pins seem consistent with pics of the Parton have seen online.

I looked at mine and confirmed you just need to pull the two pins, lift and roll it off. There are tabs on the underside similar to the other piece of trim. It will be very easy to do and will make more sense when you have the new piece.
