Trying to identify this and where it goes. Found the fastener? on the garage floor under the truck about 1/3 up from the right front. Was not there the day before. It is black plastic, 1.5" across with a flat screwdriver slot on top, the stem is 3/4" long. It has "TRW" molded on it, along with PA66 and the number 8. Looked underneath for anything hanging and nothing. The truck has been Line-X undercoated so maybe something to do with that? Thanks.

Looks somewhat similar to a typical push/screw rivet pin. Nothing comes to mind right off the bat to look at since you’ve looked at your under carriage.

Then it could be off the wheel well when I had mud flaps installed. The factory rivets would have been removed during the install and maybe this is one of them. I'll look. Thanks.

Looks like the floor mat driver side forward on mine came off a few times.
