Halogen to LED wiring harness

Need some assistance! Directions say insert wires into #36 and #40. What is 36 and 40? It’s not fuse locations, that fuse panel only goes up to #38. So confused…

I've done the swap, routed and re pinned the BCM connectors, and done forscan changes. Everything is working except my DRL light bars on the headlights and fog lights.. any idea how I can get them to work? All the DRL options in Forscan are enabled so I'm at a dead end.
