Hello All. I'm in need on some major help. My 3 old son decided to dump a whole box of little gumballs in the backseat while I was driving. Got them all cleaned up, or at least I thought I did. By sound of it, they somehow got into the rear driver's side floor went and it is absolutely driving me up the wall hearing them rolling around as make my turns. I tried a shop vac with different attachments but no luck. Anybody got any ideas how I can get those damn things out? If I don't succeed, my lariat 10k mike 502A Powerboost will be up for sale soon lol
TIA

Ok first off... Nice to meet a fellow "Misophoniac"... Yes it's a real thing, Google "Misophonia", any tick, click, clunk, chunk or any other noise as tiny as it can be, I hear it... Watching explosions, bombs and jet planes booming on the big screen and some dude 13 rows back slurping the last of his Coke.... That's all I hear...
But srsly...
Is there anyway to tape a smaller attachment to the end of your Shop Vac? I've used a paper towel tube and flattened the end of it to get in some pretty tight spaces before. Hopefully this helps?
If not, maybe it's time to get the truck detailed and ask them to get that also. Those guys work magic....

Like above they sell very small tips for the little shop vacs, maybe try that first. Could also try going up the vent with some fat steel wire from Home Depot, they sell it in the section with Anchors and fasteners. Basically a fatter bailing wire.

Sorry, but this is hysterical. After raising 3 daughters, the crap I used to find when cleaning out my cars was amazing.
On the other hand, rattling noises in the truck drive me nuts. I'm not sure what vent you're talking about, but the whole interior can be taken apart with some patience. It would make a great weekend project LOL.

Can you find a hill or steep incline to park on so it rolls towards the back to make it easier to get to with whatever device you find to use?

Yes
Connect a proper length and diameter rubber hose to the shop vac and go fishing!
