Hey everyone, I was wondering if the frequent gravel road user have the same issue as I do. There just seems to be a ton of dust that makes it's way into the interior, particularly through the back doors. I can see the dust on the seatbelt anchor covers after driving only a short time. When I open the doors I get a dust cloud that comes up from the bottom of the doors. Anyone else like this? Any solutions

I get a lot of dust build up on the doors and door frames but its all outside of the seals.

On wash day, I always clean the seals (windows too) and then lube them with 303.

I'm certain it helps them seal better, last longer and help reduce wind noise from developing.

My 24 is horrible on gravel roads to the point you can taste the dust in the air after a few miles. I didn't have this issue with my 21.

Check the back cabin vents, on the back wall. Bet they are covered in dirt. When you drive, sometimes these vents are open, causing dirt in.

Underway your interior is a lower air pressure than outside so dust is going to come in. If you turn your vent fan on high while on the dirt/gravel it will add a slight pressurization to the cabin and prevent any dust from entering.
