!!! Got BlueCruise 1.4 OTA last week !!!!

My 2023 Platinum F-150 updated to BC 1.4 (from 1.0) via OTA last week while I was out of town. Couple of things I noticed:

• Significantly fewer switches to "Hands-On" mode.
• Like the Lane Changes (and suggestions, when I'm behind a vehicle going slower than my cruise set-point).
• Haven't encountered slowing down on curves, yet.
• Notification on my app that there would be additional settings coming soon. Not sure what they might be.
• Still don't understand why the "Speed Limit" flag on the speedo shows up at the top of the scale when in BC ???
• "Hands-On" mode seems to stay on more on two-lane roads (maybe narrower lane specs)

I THINK I noticed that slow down curves is unfortunately tied to allowing the cruise to read and adjust based on speed limits signs. I'm not 100% certain because its been inconsistent. I could have sworn I noticed a slow down on a turn when I that setting turned off (I usually leave it off) but I think I read somewhere that is has to be on for that feature take affect.... regardless I'm happier with the sticker self drive mode and the lane change.

If I HAD to nitpick about lane change I would say that I see they didn't program it to realize that it can speed up or slow to change into a lane(and beyond that yes it would be cool if it could initiate lane changes on its own like I believe the GM system can), but that's really nitpicking its been great in most situations.

Do you mean the indicator being on the outside ring of the speedo vs on the inside ring? If so, it's a space issue. In BlueCruise the ring gets smaller so the indicator moves to the outside. Just the opposite when you're not using BlueCruise; the ring gets bigger so it moves to the inside.
