Squeegee bottle filled with water and half dozen drops of dish soap.
Clean the fender.
Soak the fender with the soapy mix.
Peel off the backing tape to reveal the sticky side of the decal. Soak it with the soapy water.
Gently place the decal in place and slide it into the exact position you want it. It will move around.
When you get it where you want it, then gently squeegee the decal to get the water out. Once the remaining water dries you will be all set.
