Front windows only go up with the auto one touch

Hi everyone just wanted to see if this is normal or I should take my truck to the dealer to get this fixed. So I have a 23 F150 STX Supercrew with less than 3k miles and I noticed that the front windows only go up with the one touch auto up, when I try to just use the half click it will not go up or will go up maybe an inch and stop, and will only roll up when I pull the switch fully to engage the auto one touch. I’ve tried to do the reset by holding the switches up and down for a few cycles but no change. This is the case for both the drivers and passenger side front windows. Anyone know any solutions or is this a dealers problem?
