Front Camera Fault due to water

2021 F-150 Limited Powerboost. ONLY when it rains or when I wash the truck, do I receive two dash warnings, Front Camera Fault and Pre-Collision Assist not Available. The warnings continue to display for several hours after the rain stops or the truck dries after the wash. If it's raining, the faults are continuous the entire time. I believe the dealer has installed 3 IPMA cameras and it's been at the dealer numerous times. Any idea why the water might be causing this? I'm giving the dealer one more shot next week. thank you
