FORScan "Name" (AS BUILT format) vs blank after "module configuration"

When I see a blank after Module configuration does that mean that has already been updated by OTA and/or Ford Service?
So any backups/updates should be done to the blank if there is an entry?

The ones without (As Built Format) are the "easy" method of configuring modules. You just choose settings from a drop-down list of values. The "easy" method does not show all possible configuration settings possible; for that you go into the As-Built area for the module.

you fully backup a module's configuration by using the As-Built one and doing a "Save All" to a file.
