Forscan codes for disabling "nanny mode" for usb media and nav?

2021 F150 XLT with Sync 4. I've been searching but I've yet to find any way to free up working with the USB media and the nav while I'm at speed. Has anyone found these code changes?

I don't think that capability is exposed as a module configuration function. There are CAN signals for seat occupancy which are used by the APIM and RCM (seatbelts and airbags). If you change the occupancy in the APIM, your screen will shift from main on left, cards on right to main on right, cards on left.

There is no way I'd advise anyone to muck around with anything in the RCM.
