Ford service history - self service

I'm currently trying to add my first oil change to the Ford website in order to track the self-service history. I'm getting the following error:

"Oops! Something went wrong adding your entry. Please refresh and try again later."

Anyone having this issue? Am I missing something simple?

I managed to add mine the other day (maybe it's a new issue). I couldn't enter a 0 cost, so I had to put in 10.00 as the cost to swap my tires (winter to summer) that I did myself

In case anyone else has this issue - I just had to put everything on a single line. Even though the field let you hit enter to start a new line, that is what was causing the issue.

Exactly right.

If you are trying to enter your self-service oil change at Ford.com make sure when you get to the comments you enter it like this:

Motorcraft oil 5w-30 synthetic blend, Motorcraft oil filter FL-500-S, rotate tires.

Not like this:

Motorcraft oil 5w-30 synthetic blend
Motorcraft oil filter FL-500-S
rotate tires

I kept getting the same message until I did it this way.
