I don't call the specific verbiage but the tremors have different front suspension than a regular f150. Most leveling kits say they don't work with the Tremor and they often make a specific tremor version.
I had the same question, I had just purchased the Bilstein 5100 for the front and back for my 2023 Tremor, the backs I installed my self no problem, before installing the fronts I started reading and hearing that the fronts will not work on the front and will not give me any lift in the front I talked to two different shops, I was worried! I found a local shop that let me wait and watch them install the new Bilstein 5100 in the front, when they pulled the stock strut off we compared the old and new on the bench. You could visually see that depending on where the clip was placed that it would indeed Change the front height, I opted to only set to 1 inch of lift, once on the ground it did indeed give me 1 inch of lift! Im really happy with the ride of the truck after! So my experience I found that the shockswill work on the Tremor!
With a pickup truck the front and rear shocks are having to dampen very different loads. A heavier load when there is cargo in the bed and a much lighter load when the bed is empty. Better to put the money in a rear sway bar to improve handling on rough terrain.
