I have a weird issue with my vehicle status in the Fordpass app which shows it’s “On” even though it’s off/parked. I tried restarting the Fordpass app and also tried reinstalling the app but the same problem.

The only way I can get status to update to show as “Parked” is re-locking my truck in the Fordpass app.

Before this problem started, the dealer replaced the battery and did a master reset on the APIM.

Reboot the phone. If that doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall the App.

Same here. You can't force to refresh the truck status with the new app anymore, so it's just stuck on these previous states

It must have fixed itself because it updates normally again.

If you simply lock the doors, the app will refresh the truck status. Happens to me when checking tire pressures, they are shown from the last drive and not the current status unless I refresh the app by locking the doors, then the tire readings are refreshed to the current state. Perhaps this will also correct for the truck, on status , since I also have this occur when the truck is parked and obviously not running.
