Ford pass last few days etc

Anyone else getting weird ford pass messages
I just received thus one , indicating the explorer sync 3 was on. ..
It is not on, it's safely in rye dr8veway in the OFF setting
I also have vehicle alerts unavailable

The f150 sync 4 is not misbehaving

i’ve noticed a lot of oddities this week. location showed in a wrong place, alerts not coming through, some alerts showing but not clickable, unavailable messages. i’m on iOS and i’ve jumped back and forth between the regular and beta app and have had similar issues with each.
