2023 Atlas Blue F150 STX
I am new to the forum, I currently own a 2023 F-150 STX in Atlas Blue with the 2.7 Ecoboost. I have owned for slightly over a year and a half.

Overall have been pleased with the vehicle minus a few fit and finish issues. One issue may have been discussed in the forum but I can't find it. Is there anyone that has figured out how to prevent the ends of the windshield vent cowls from sticking up as opposed to sitting flush. I have noticed even on new vehicles on the lot that seems to be an issue.

Second issue is on the front armrests driver and passenger side, the plastic has a gap that is clearly wider than the armrests in the back. You can actually push the plastic trim piece in and it seems like it would snap in place but it doesn't. Will make trip dealership to get this corrected.

Lastly, this vehicle has this annoying rattle front passenger side near the dash or door panel. I have emptied glove box, and to no success can locate what the source of the rattle is. Did not have " rattle" issues with my 2009 F-150.

The rattles and panel gaps seem to be fairly common in the F150. It does drive me a bit nuts given the price point of the vehicle. I had to do some shimming on a couple of areas inside of my 2023 Platinum. I did not have those issues on my 2020 Ram (just different issues).

A bit telling is the fact that I just bought a 7 year old Mazda CX5 as a second car for my kids, and that thing is tight as drum with no rattles at all. Go figure ...
