tl;dr: I want to be under $50K after discount before TTL. I also want the highest optioned truck I can get with vinyl floors but also with leather seats...

So this makes me go XLT 301A, SuperCrew 4x4 5.5'...

- add 2.7L
- add heated front-seats aftermarket (I'm assuming this is possible?)
- can remote start/remote tailgate
- add 360 camera
- add co-pilot assist 2.0 (primarily to get front sensors)
- add interior work surface
- add XLT black appearance package and sport appearance package (primarily to get rid of chrome and add leather)
- add trailer tow package
- add tow mirrors
- add power adjustable pedals (comfort for me I am 6' 4")
- add 2kw pro power
- add vinyl flooring

Is this a horrible build? we take the dogs everywhere and I am OCD about the dog hair. So no carpet is awesome. But I still want leather heated seats. So this is obviously a weird build but any feedback? Anything I am missing I should add?

Hit up Granger (see the 3% thread) for a 302a optioned XLT and you'll be quite surprised at how far under 50k you are.

I'm at 48.7k I think it is with the following:
FX4 (mainly for the locking diff and re-gear), but you get full coverage floor mats too
Tow Tech package (gives me the 360 camera system, and a trailer brake controller)
CoPilot assist
sport appearance package
2.7 liter
super crew with 5.5 foot bed

302a is a VERY well spec'd package. you get most of what you are after. You may need to compromise on a few things (like Leather) but honestly thats for you to decide. the more picky you are the more $$$ you'll end up coughing up. Thats why the packages exist, is to limit the pick and chose and keep it somewhat affordable.

The power adjustable pedals are for short people, they don't add any legroom.

Otherwise, it's your truck, so build it exactly how you like

could you work with floor mats that are well covered? I would see about what other options you have rather than grabbing "basic" features on some parts of the trick and "luxury" on others. I think you'll struggle or pay a premium. compromises :D

Good to know I only test drove the power ones and had them set as far back as they go - if they are all the way back normally i can probably drop that

I really would prefer not to.. F-250 lets you add vinyl on any trim I was hoping to keep that

I optioned out your build, minus the power adjustable pedals (since you don't get anymore clearance than normal), and it came out to $53,760 MSRP on the build and price tool. Mind you this is without the increase in price from the 2021 to 2022 model. If you go with Granger and get the invoice minus 3% deal you should be right at or under 50k after adding in $1500-$2k Katzkin heated leather seats. My MRSP on my XLT 302A 4x4 5.5ft bed was 56k and I used the D plan (should be fairly close to grangers deal) which put me at 50k and some change. After 3k in rebates it put me at 47k before TTL. Even if the rebates aren't the same now as when I purchased you should still be under 50k no problem. If you do have any rebates or PCO you might even be able to get away with a 302A and get the LED goodies and larger 12 inch screen for under 50k but you wont get vinyl floors.

Those were the rebates out when I custom ordered my truck, the dealer was able to lock them in for me at time of order.

Not sure you can get leather and an xlt in 2022, I tried (2021 xlt 3.5), I could get heated seats but not leather, but you could have someone put them in after market but pricey. Really think you could go up and get more. Seems like you want a lariat (except the vinyl floor)
