Fdrs on a 2016 f150?

I use fdrs on my 2022. I see it doesnt work for that year. What is the equivalent software and hardware for ford tec level services?

Specifically I need to diagnosis hvac actuators. My brand new topdon smart scanner is very limited. Pull codes and such.

FDRS is for 2018 and newer. FJDS I believe is what’s needed for 2007 - 2017 years. Hardware is the same for FJDS.
