Is anyone able to share a software version older than 38.5.5? I can't get passed the login screen with this one.

Bingo. Uninstalled 38.5.5 and installed 37.4.7. Logged right in without issue. Avoid 38.5.5 for now, Network Diagnostics failed contacting the login server.
