FDRS login issue

I have a license for FDRS. I had been expired and hadn't logged in for a few months. Now I'm licensed again and I cannot log in. The newest version of FDRS doesn't have non dealer mototcraft as a login choice anymore. It has independent non dealer. I try to log in and says it's logging in but then says unable to authenticate, try again. My account and password are new. I'm typing them correctly. Anyone have any ideas? Has anyone else had a similar problem? Thanks

I know. I tried my original one that worked before and no luck. I created a new one through FDRS itself and it gives me the auth error.

What version of FDRS are you running. I had problems with the newest version and had to revert to a slightly older version to login. V38.x would not work for me. I went with 37.4.7 and it worked perfectly.

I will try that. I am using the newest version. I have to install over though. I can't uninstall and reinstall. I'll lose the license file.

once I enter my email and PW I need to wait a bit. it takes about 15 seconds. I was gettng impatient and going back . I must have reset my PW 5 times. all I had to do was wait about 15 to 20 seconds after entering my password.

The version was the issue. I installed version 37.4.7 over the latest and I'm in!

I did a network diagnostics check before I saw your post. On the latest version, 38, the login server failed. It passed last night, butt I still couldn't get in. With version 37, it passes all network tests and then logged me right in. It did take the time you said though.
