FDRS APIM GVMS Data Warning after update help

Hello-

Just did all of my 21 Powerboost software updates and they all completed. Do I need to worry about these slashes and warning on my APIM (photo attached)? I never had any OTA updates, so I did it manually. How do I clear this warning or fix it? My FDRS licences is through tomorrow. Any help appreciated. Thanks!

I wouldn't say you need to worry about it, but the slashes are telling you that you have another update available but FDRS is not releasing it to you for some reason. To clear the GVMS warning, you need to open a case and (hopefully) tech support will remove the warning and make the update available to you before your license expires. To open a case, click the APIM box on the right side below the text that start with "A GVMS Warning. . . ."

I just clicked it but it gave me no confirmation but said takes 3-5 days which I hope that's all I have to do. Thanks for the reply!

You need access to PTS to see the resultant progress of your GVMS case. I think you can buy that info here for 72 hrs for about $26.

Or more logically just wait til next time you buy FDRS to do updates in a few months and by then it should be resolved.
