I just don’t understand how folks ordering from the same dealer after me are getting trucks. I ordered 402a from Granger in January with No VIN as of today. You ordered after and had a VIN pretty quick. I have seen this many times now. Anyone have any ideas? At this point I am unsure how I will get my order and it really blows because now I am in the back of the line for 2023 if I get rolled over.

You ordered 1/3 and it arrived 9/2. I ordered mine on 2/3 so in theory I guess I won’t get mine till 10/2 ?‍ Mine “shipped” 42 days ago…unreal that it takes this long

I was on chip hold for 3-4 weeks, but the benefit to going with Granger is the truck delivered via convoy and it was only in shipping status for less than a week. If you are by rail then that would be a different story.

Nope, mine is headed to Granger as well…left Dearborn via rail on July 22 and arrived in KC on July 26. Been waiting on a truck to take it to Granger ever since

Well I'm sorry, I didn't realize that some would go by rail to KC first before getting to IA. Keep hanging in there!

Received my built email this morning. Tracker still shows in production, but have a Built date of 9/6/2022. ETA to dealer is Oct 2 - Oct 8.

Ordered mine Feb 22. Built June 5 and got it a couple weeks later.

That's wild to me how all over the place these Feb orders are.

I placed my order on 2/25
Got a VIN on May 26
Production date was scheduled for July 5 - which got pushed out 5 different times - and then finally went into production on 8/15.
I've been "in production" ever since without any movement. My dealer says I'm on a micro-chip hold, which who knows when that will end.

I was expecting to get my truck by October, but honestly I don't think it's going to be possible before Thanksgiving.

“We understand it has been too long since you last heard from us. Just wanted to give you an update on the status of your F-150 LARIAT order. While production of your vehicle was projected to begin the week of August 29, 2022, supply chain challenges continue to cause delays and uncertainty.”

I think those are just automated if your status hasn't changed in a certain amount of time. I got one this past Monday (Sept 5), and before that I got the same one you just got about a week after my blend date and I was still in production. Now today I'm apparently built.
