We will need to start looking for the conversion order information when this will be shared if we are not selected next week after the scheduling cancellation this week.

Un-VIN or Non-built February 2022 orders are converted from MY2022 to MY2023 by what known procedures?

A) Is this performed by Ford, dealership, both, none, DIY, or SOL?
B) Does the previous pricing and incentives stays or goes away?
C) How long does it take to finally get a manufactured F-150 if carry over from from MY2022 to MY2023?
D) Since some options has disappeared on MY2023, will the order end up in purgatory, then Ford will cancel, just to start all over again at square one I order process?

Yeah…lots of question…just wondering if one knows factual information or experience with crossover MY?

This could be real messy it seems with changes and deletions.

OK, February folks: I FINALLY got a VIN, with a build week of July 18. ?
Ordered on Feb. 18. Received the "scheduled for production" email from Ford 4 days ago while I was out in the wilderness. So if you're still waiting, try disappearing in the High Sierras for 8 days. :ROFLMAO:

OF NOTE: My original order included the Tow Tech Package and the Co-Pilot360 Assist 2.0. Dealer tells me that, to get scheduled, they had to let those go (bye-bye adaptive cruise control). Apparently I can still have the 360 Camera feature that I really wanted; though that apparently required them to add the Trailer Tow Package (not clear to me why).

MY ORDER as it now stands:
SuperCrew, 6.5' bed (157" wheelbase)
Stone Gray Metallic
5.0L V8
4x4
XLT Mid (301A)
3.31 rear e-locker
FX4 Package
360 Camera Package
Trailer Tow Package
18" Silver Painted Aluminum Wheels (the HDPP ones)
Power rear window
36-gallon tank

Dealer says the truck is expected to be built at the Kansas City facility.
Woo-hoo! It happened. My Feb. 18 order was built (on July 20), and now I have it. I'm already loving this truck. Love the color. Love the 'coyote' V8 engine. Love the 36-gal tank. Love (most of) the tech. I'm especially thrilled with the 360 Camera feature; it would be nice to have a larger screen, but I went with the lower trim for better payload -- which worked: 1941 lbs! I also got the dealer to install a tailgate damper, which is swell.

TWO THiNGS I DON'T LIKE:
(1) CRAPPY SPARE -- While I have cool 18" wheels with decent tires on them, my spare is a crappy temp-use tire on a freakin' 17" steel rim. What the heck?!
(2) EXTERIOR LIGHTS come on every time I open a door, and stay on for quite a while. While I really wish I could open and close doors with _no_ exterior lights coming on at all, the worst offender are the high cargo bed lights -- as I'll be putting on a topper, I will only be annoyed by them. I camp a lot and sometimes want to stay dark (so as to not piss off nearby campers or stargazers, for example). I can't figure out how to deactivate this (yes, I've scoured the onboard User Manual and the supplement booklet). Might just try at least removing the bulbs from the cargo bed lamps. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Overall, I'm a happy trucker. I wish those of you still waiting some very good luck.

Nice payload! I have limited my options for this particular case and going hybrid, I hope to have something near 1675.

Finally, finally got some important feedback this evening on my non-VIN 2/1 for Platinum 702A PowerBoost from Dealership.

I’ve missed the boat for MY2022 F-150. Ok, what happens next was the question.

If Ford does switch my order to MY2023, it will be price protected as long as I don’t change the order.”

Question is”IF”?

Picked mine up today. I checked the LT option. Got General Grabbers. Also spare is the same LT General.

Ordered 2/12. Picked up today.
Very nice ride and sure you’ll enjoy it. I see you already put a bug shield on it. Who is the manufacture? Looks like it fit real well and how well does it perform middle ways & up to top of windshield?

Its a AVS Aeroskin II.

It actually matches the bumper perfectly in person, not sure why it looks off in pic.

No clue how it works yet. Just got it on today and havent driven it yet.

Drive over to Iowa/Nebraska border on Interstate this time of year at night. If you don’t have to get off every exit to clean the windshield just to see out, then it’s mighty good.?

I still feel sorry for that bald headed Harley cycle guy without the helmet that I passed. I laugh about that every so often when running through a mess of bugs. That guy was covered but I guess he had to get somewhere important and tough it out.

@JerryLZ : Not sure. It looks to be painted black. But I already see some rust. Pics:

Yep that’s it. I guess it just doesn’t work or only works long enough. They started adding that a couple months ago to my knowledge. Thanks
