Called Ford yesterday to get an update on my order. My dealer has been silent. No changes since the order was placed. They gabe me some kind of code to take to the dealer and have them see what it is. Is it some sort of discount?

A PCO code would be a discount but I don't know what other code they could be giving you especially if they didn't say what it was for.
I wouldn't mind a PCO but I'm really after a code that goes like this 1FTxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

you have an order number on your sheet. Also your name, address, email, ect... will be in the system

ordered XLT on 2/16...confirming e-mail the same day, sorry for the delay email on 4/7.....then crickets .....dealer has no information, i really wish Ford would communicate

My situation is basically the same. Very frustrating, of course.

I ordered on 2/18 (details below); received an order confirmation from Ford the same day. Only communication since was the infamous April 7 "Change in Your Order" email that told me nothing. So no VIN yet:

Like most folks, I want my truck right now. But what's really messing me up is the uncertainty. Some customers are getting trucks fairly quickly, and I don't get the pattern (dealer? trim level? features?). And of course I hear about certain features being delayed or unavailable now, but can't get definitive answers from my dealer.

Ordered 02/22/2022 and had a 5/9/22 build week. And now a chip hold till early October! Yay fun.

Wow, I consider myself very lucky to sneak this one thru. Just over 3 months from order to delivery assuming it shows up when my dealer said it would.

Called and did chat and asked my dealer. Off the top of my head the features are contour seats, max recline, adaptive cruise control and one other I cant remember. Mine is a PB built in dearborn.

King Ranch ordered 2/1/22. Confirmation 2/2. Nothing further so far.

Did you get notified of the fancyness being deleted from your order? Those features that essentially differentiate it from Lariat?

Your order ack from dealer has two codes on top right of form. This identifies your dealer and the order. Ford uses those to ID you.

I ordered on 2/9 and took delivery a couple weeks ago. Lariat BAP 502a 3.5 It’s in the shop getting spray in liner 3.5 in lift 20in rims/ 33.5a and matching the back tint in the front and the sun shield
