F150 LEDs License Plate lights

So I have a set of these that I have been swapping between trucks since I think 2018. I can’t imagine there is anything different about my 2024, but when I installed them, neither worked and both were “hot” to the touch when I swapped them back for the regular bulbs.

Are these polarized? Typically I would have just reversed them to find out but I was pressed for time. Seems doubtful that I could have guessed wrong on them both but anything is possible?

Just wondering if I should be looking to buy new ones or not.

Yes they are polarity sensitive! The bulb size is 194!!

You should be good, just flip them 180!
